𝗡𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗕𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆: 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗶𝗽𝘀 In our journey towards optimal health and spiritual growth, the foods we consume play a crucial role. Recent insights from a spiritual session have highlighted some important dietary guidelines that can help nourish our bodies and protect our energetic fields. Let's explore two key recommendations given by Higher Self to a subject named Elena: 1. Eat More Vegetables and Fruits, Less Dairy Increasing our intake of vegetables and fruits while reducing dairy consumption can have profound effects on our overall well-being. Here's why: - Nutrient density: Vegetables and fruits are packed with essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that support our body's functions and boost our immune system. - Fiber: Plant-based foods are rich in fiber, which aids digestion and promotes a healthy gut microbiome. - Reduced inflammation: Many plant foods have anti-inflammatory properties, while dairy can be inflammatory for some people. - Alkalizing effect: Fruits and vegetables help balance our body's pH levels, creating an environment less hospitable to disease. - Energy boost: The natural sugars and nutrients in fruits and vegetables provide clean, sustainable energy throughout the day. 2. Avoid Alcohol to Maintain a Strong Aura Our aura, or energetic field, is an important aspect of our spiritual and emotional well-being. Alcohol can have detrimental effects on this protective barrier: - Weakens the aura: Alcohol consumption can create "holes" or weak spots in our energetic field. - Increases vulnerability: A compromised aura makes us more susceptible to negative energies and influences. - Lowers vibration: Alcohol can lower our overall energetic vibration, making it harder to maintain spiritual connections and clarity. - Impairs judgment: When our aura is weakened, we may make poor decisions or be more easily influenced by others. - Slows spiritual progress: Regular alcohol use can hinder our spiritual growth and development of higher abilities. By implementing these dietary changes - increasing our intake of fruits and vegetables, reducing dairy consumption, and avoiding alcohol - we can support both our physical health and spiritual well-being. Remember, small, consistent changes can lead to significant improvements over time. Listen to your body, stay mindful of how different foods affect you, and make choices that align with your highest good. Did you enjoy this text? Good news - detox doesn’t have to equal abstinence The festive season is well and truly behind us along with the parties, mince pies and perhaps little too much alcohol! January can hit us hard. After all the indulgence we can feel sluggish, tired and drab! There’s so much talk about detox – but why do you need to and what do you have to do? Well the good news is that you don’t have to cut out all of your favourite things – just cut down! Reducing your intake of toxins will have a real benefit on your body. One system that will thank you is your lymphatic system – an unsung hero of the body! This network of capillaries, nodes and ducts plays a crucial role in cleaning your blood and getting rid of the rubbish in your system! The lymphatic system is also vital to maintaining a healthy immune system, helping to flush out toxins, waste, and other unwanted substances. Post-holiday indulgences might have left your lymphatic system working overtime, and now is the perfect moment to show it some TLC. Why is the lymphatic system essential? · The lymphatic system acts as a drainage network, filtering and removing toxins from the body. · It supports the immune system by transporting white blood cells to areas where they are needed. · An efficient lymphatic system aids in preventing bloating, fatigue, and overall sluggishness. Post-Christmas Detox Tips: 1. Be gentle on yourself: Don’t try to step straight into a strict, punitive detox. Reducing your intake of toxins like alcohol, sugar or simple carbs will have a positive effect 2. Hydrate: Start by replenishing your body with plenty of water to support lymphatic flow. 3. Nutrient-Rich Foods: Incorporate fruits and vegetables high in antioxidants to aid in detoxification. 4. Exercise: Regular physical activity stimulates lymphatic circulation, promoting detoxification. 5. Dry Brushing: Consider adding dry brushing to your routine to stimulate lymphatic drainage through the skin. 6. Herbal Teas: Certain herbal teas, like dandelion or ginger, can support the detox process. They also help in keeping you well hydrated! 7. Massage: lymphatic drainage massage is a particular technique that boosts the flow of the lymph fluid and so speeds up detoxification. Want to try it - we have 10% off until the end of February. Just enter DETOX as the promo code at the online checkout. Getting g ready for spring? Here are 6 Steps For Spring Cleaning Your Body 1. Crowd out your plate with leafy greens, veggies, whole grains and plenty of water. This is going to help with any inflammation, extra water retention and assist your digestive tract to be at its top performance level. You may even consider cutting down on gluten, sugar, soda, caffeine, alcohol, red meat and any processed foods for one week to give it a kick start. See how your body feels with it. You may just like it. 2. Get those pipes working properly with daily lemon water in the morning. If that does not work for you try helping things move along with herbal teas, straight up green juice and herbs like slippery elm and buckthorn along with lots and lots of water. 3. Now help your liver clean up and get some extra filtering power with added fiber like flaxseed, chia. Add in beets, ginger, citrus fruits, carrots, dark leafy greens and green juice here as well to remove even more toxins out of your body. 4. Assist your urinary tract by adding in parsely, asparagus and pure cranberry juice (not the sugared up unnatural stuff please!) That combined with plenty of water will have you functioning at 100% and feeling no bloat. 5. Give your lymphatic system a spring fling with some rebounding time. A rebounder or mini trampoline is great to have at home for the entire family for inside or outside. Not only is it great for moving lymphatic fluid, it is really fun and great exercise too. Massages work nicely as well so treat yourself to one! Or just simple skin brushing at home starting at your feet and going up towards your heart with a natural bristle brush on dry skin before each shower is super great for you and your lymphatic system too. Make sure to avoid your face and sensitive areas of your chest (ouch!) 6. Overall for Spring with deep cleansing breaths. Sounds silly but whether it is a mental break or an emotional break you need. Your cleansing breath can give you clarity in what you need to tackle next, your cleansing breath will give you calm in your heart as you approach your day and your cleansing breath will give you strength and fortitude to go forth. How to perform cleansing breath? Simply just breath in through your nose 4 counts, hold for 7 and exhale through your mouth for 8 counts. Imagine a wave rising and receding and enjoy the moment. You can repeat up to 3-4 times in a row or just do once. You will release stress and anxiety and the toxic build up in your body that occurs when we hold on to stress and anxiety. You may find that journaling after your cleansing breaths will help you clean out the clutter even further. Extra added health benefits if you can enjoy these cleansing breaths outside! #REDIntegrativeHealthCoach #boardcertified #wherehealthnutritionandwellnessmeetyourlifestyle #foodismedicine #PAUSE #reflect #evolve #designyourlifestyle #plantbased #yoga #breath #meditation #1life 🦋🌱☀️🙏🏻🌍✨🌈⭐️❤️
