Learning from the best. I experienced the recruiter's expertise firsthand back when I was still in Manila. That day, among thousands of applicants, Mr. Rafael posed a question: "Who among you believes they are the best?" I confidently raised my hand, and upon glancing around, noticed only a handful of others did the same. It was an impressive candidate screening process. Later, upon arriving in the USA and started working, I discovered that only 10 of us were hired by the Ritz Carlton. It was then that I fully appreciated the company that sponsored me, extremely proud to have been a part of it. Learning from the Pro. During my interview for my current office job, I was taken aback when I was asked to demonstrate how my experience aligned with the position I was applying for. I proposed a trial period to showcase my skills and negotiated a reward if I met the goals, which ultimately led to a successful outcome and meeting my salary expectations. In hindsight, I may have been lucky or perhaps I made a conscious decision to pursue these opportunities. As a healthcare recruiter today, I have effectively incorporated these screening processes into my work. #recruitment
