The images were created by a finetuned FLUX.DEV model - kudos to our Bavarian colleagues at BlackForest Labs for their amazing work. The video was crafted by KlingAI. Nothing in it is real. Not even myself. Crazy, right? Art - and what we as a society consider art - is going to undergo a massive transformation. In my opinion, it's for the better. Art is finally going to be free, allowing everyone to create something out of the pictures in their mind. No longer will art be exclusive to those who can afford a $5k-a-month art school (the reader may look up for themselves how many people who are finishing art school are rich white kids). Art is for everyone. Art is also set to liberate itself from its capitalist chains. Who needs Hollywood when you can generate your own feature-length movie 10 years from now? Who needs Disney? From my point, the AI industry is characterized by the following: 1. Technical Perspective: -Models: Accuracy is the paramount concern, particularly when integrating agents to execute complex procedures, which can lead to compounded errors. The sector anticipates a significant advancement with OpenAI's ChatGPT5 next year. There is currently ambiguity surrounding OpenAI's training mechanisms in China, indicating a technological disparity between China and the United States. -Data: The existing internet data has been largely depleted, necessitating an influx of higher quality data. -Direction: The consensus in the industry is that multimodality is the upcoming frontier for growth. -Ecosystem: Internationally, the foundational large models are predominantly led by OpenAI and Anthropic, with future opportunities lying in niche large models. 2. Application Perspective: -Capabilities: The integration of large models with cloud technology; operating systems; and autonomous driving. Notable examples of positive user experiences include Apple's Siri and Tesla's Full Self-Driving (FSD). -Scenarios: Scenarios where large models are applied include code assistance, knowledge-based Q&A, intelligent customer service, script quality inspection, conversational training, e-commerce operations, message summarization, recruitment assistance, task scheduling, and sentiment analysis. -Limitations: There is an acknowledged inability to replace the capabilities of highly skilled individuals; there are also constraints in cross-ecosystem operational capabilities, as they cannot perform multi-platform tasks akin to human dexterity.

Part 2 of creating an entire video series with GenAI: This weeks focus was on creating consistent characters in Midjourney and using the motion brush in Runway: Consistent characters: Is it possible to create multiple scenes or images with characters that look the same? The answer is yes. The tricky part lies in changing the features of the character and the environment that they are in. For example, putting the head of the character on a full body as opposed to portrait. This episode was a great way to test because we are introducing the primordial gods: 🌍 Gaia 🌥 Uranas 🌑 Tartarus 💕 Eros Regarding the Motion Brush in Runway, this is a feature that is limited by creativity. As you can tell i'm not the most creative person. Experimentation has been the key. I'm looking forward to playing around with scenes and the motion brush more next week!
