Hero Middle East & Africa is currently hiring “Export Sales Supervisor” USA, Canada, Australia & Far East. Job Summary: will be responsible for managing and improving the private label sales of our portfolio in the international markets & and work closely with cross-functional (Logistics, Supply chain, Finance, Quality and R&D) teams to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sales, strong relationship management skills, high follow-up skill, good understanding for the export cycle (ordering, shipping & documentation) and an in-depth understanding of the FMCG landscape. Key Responsibilities •Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in target markets to expand the company’s presence. •Monitor sales performance against targets, KPIs and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement •Follow up with the assigned customers in the assigned markets to get their periodic purchase orders. •Follow up with business support unit and planning team that all POs are launched to prepare monthly production plan. •Send export orders to customers based on the received POs, follow up with the payment & handle all the export shipping documents received from the logistics team. •Follow up with the planning & export operation team to match the required production & shipment dates per each Pos. •Explore new business opportunities for either private label or National brand in new export markets. •Sending physical product samples to potential customers & work on their feedback (If any) Qualifications •Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration. •Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in export sales or international business development, preferably within the FMCG sector. •Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the FMCG market and familiarity with private label dynamics. Skills: -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Strong negotiation and sales skills. -Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Kindly send your updated CV to career@hero.com.eg mentioning job title in subject line
