How do I contact an agency if I have questions about a job opportunity? Please reach out to the agency contact listed on the job announcement, if you have questions about a job. You can find agency contact information under the “How to Apply” section of every job announcement. If the job announcement has closed and no longer appears on the USAJOBS website, you can contact the hiring agency's Human Resources Office for additional information and assistance. I contacted FDA about positions that I applied for. It's only the help desk, which the individual I spoke with was totally unprofessional and rude. I gave him all the vacancies I wanted answers for and never heard back. He did inform me you can only request information on jobs that you applied for within a 45 day time limit.
If the job has closed and you applied for it, go to your dashboard and under past jobs open the "Full Announcement" and then you can go to the lower left bottom and find the POC. No one know the USAJOBS PLATFORM better than I do. I'm a PT fed. jobs counselor/consultant with 25 yrs in GS/NAF service with 21 different jobs. I only work with vets in helping them compete and succeed at getting a federal career started. theusajobsguru.com
