I wish I went to college to be a Process Engineer. I have already saved my company thousands of dollars, but since I don't have a degree...well I don't get credited for it. I'm not bragging either it just a bummer that a degree can make you or brake you....Sad part is my manager openly admitted about all my ideas getting used and taken but yet still no credit for it? Lol...ok. Guess I'll just be a Lead Machinist the rest of my life.
