I started making my own soap with way better ingredients, because most soaps you see at the store isn't even real soap anymore. It's actually just synthetic detergent, and it's been found that the chemicals they use to scent those soaps may be disrupting your hormones. You know the chemical they use in plastic to make it bendable? well at times it's also used in fragrances to help the scent stick to your skin, and soap makers use these fragrances. I don't want that on my body. That's why I make my own natural soap. Let me tell you what majority of soap makers don't want you to know... Titanium dioxide is used as a pigment in paints to provide whiteness and opacity, but do you know most soap makers use it to whiten soap. Even pigments used in paints are also applied in soap colouring. When next you see a pure white soap or cream, ask yourself which natural ingredient is this white🤔 That's not all. Sulfonic acid and hydrogen peroxide are not supposed to be used in bathing soap making, so you can imagine when soap makers use them to bleech palm oil for soap making. Sulfonic acids are surfactants for detergents and not bath soaps, while hydrogen peroxide are disinfectant and only good as bleaching agent and not a common ingredient for bathing soap. Soap makers who are not product researchers would be shocked at these revelations. But, I know some don't care. So you have to care enough for your health, by ensuring you don't use chemical ladden soaps and creams on your body.
