Loved this article with insights into how efficient people function and delighted to see my super awesome friend Anjali Mahto featured in it 😊 I definitely agree with much of this and as someone who is a single mum and working accross several roles I have definitely seen how much of this helps! 🔑 I set fake deadlines 3 days before 🔑I set my watch 10 mins fast so not late 🔑I get batch cooked food for the week 🔑 I spend Sunday eve looking at week ahead and pipelining any prep for school activities / major projects 🔑 I set alerts for most recurring things 🔑I get help for the things I know someone can do better than me 🔑I accept a few broken spinning plates (I just make sure the dustpan is handy!) 🔑I prep clothes/ school Lunches etc for the next day 🔑I schedule in social time weeks ahead 🔑I live by the rule that if something takes less than 5 mins I do it on the spot! My ‘work in progress’ struggles … 🎈learning to say no to projects (becasue I genuinely want to do them but can’t always capacitate!) 🎈consolidating my multiple diaries into one place without having 4 of them open every Sunday 🎈scheduling enough time for physical excercise #SelfDevelopment #Efficiency #WorkSmartNotHard #WorkLifeBalance
