Some of the most exciting and exhausting projects I’ve worked on have involved some form of investment - buying or selling companies, securing investment, merging or de-merging companies, going public or private and so on These transactions are typically long-winded, extremely detailed, very confidential, and come with incredibly high stakes (and always a random project name!) Getting communications involved in projects like these from the outset will add significant amounts of value.
