In this case study, we look at our work on Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust’s £100m new-build Centre of Excellence for Non-Emergency Patients, at Heatherwood Hospital, in Ascot, Berkshire. The design for the expanded Nioka Palliative Care unit at Tamworth Hospital has been unveiled with new artist impressions providing the first look at the enhanced facility.  The expansion will double the number of dedicated palliative care beds from 6 to 12. The facility will provide a home-like environment for patients and include new bedrooms with ensuites and relaxing outdoor spaces to support care. Darwin Group have started the main construction phase at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital for the new Coast Building. 🏗️ The state-of-the-art ward and catering block will help University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust expand patient capacity while supporting the hospital’s commitment to sustainability. 🏢 The ground-breaking ceremony was held on November 6, where Siobhan Harrington, UHD Chief Executive, said: “The Coast Building will not only increase our capacity to care for patients but also reinforce our commitment to providing a modern, adaptable, and sustainable healthcare environment." 🗣️ The progress on-site since the ceremony has been incredible, with the modules starting to be installed. Concept designs for the new $558 million Albury Wodonga Regional Hospital have been released, with planning approval currently being sought for the project. New Care starts build on new care facility

7 years later, an idea turns into reality. When clients allow us to represent their entire portfolio, real long term strategies can happen. Our team has had the pleasure of overseeing the Intermountain Health, formerly HCPNV Nevada portfolio for over 12 years. Back in 2017 as one of the 7 Southwest clinics was coming up for expiration, we advised our client to not go with the traditional 10 year term, but instead to start aligning all lease expirations to the same date. Just in case, someday they wanted to consolidate into a single facility to accommodate their patients needs. Alas, the groundbreaking for the 90,000sf Badura Clinic being constructed by Martin-Harris Construction LLC. for a 2025 completion. One of the coolest things about my job is the ability to have a hand in changing the community with projects and buildings that will be here far beyond my years.
