The Australian infrastructure and construction sectors are in need of urgent reform to address long run declines in productivity and meet capacity constraints. It has been a great pleasure to partner with the John Grill Institute for Project Leadership to develop the Major Project Reform Roadmap. The Roadmap describes a series of specific actions that industry, government and academia can own to realise the change. If you have been part of the major projects sector, whether built or digital, join in the movement to change but signing onto the Roadmap and joining the launch.
