Solid week with some fantastic discussions! We had a standout event at Crüe Club Midland. Our operator/producer networking events have been next level lately, where David Wantuck led an insightful discussion on "Elevated Leadership: Examining Inferior vs Superior Leadership Styles." Key takeaways revolved around defining what it truly means to be a good leader, the detrimental effects of ego on team dynamics, the importance of connection and communication, and recognizing the need for improvement in leadership skills when facing recurring problems. At our Mastermind group of leaders and achievers, Exec Crüe's March Meetup in Houston, we delved into our goals and tackled some common challenges. One recurring theme was the importance of marketing strategies, and we had a deep dive into the notion that growth isn't always the primary objective for every company.
