Day 2 of the PANS, Uniben leadership institute was a success!!. I learnt about excellence in leadership and developing and mastering Skills for Sustained Success as the topic implies Some key points I picked from the session were: 1.to excel in leadership your have to be a volunteer, this can help you expand your network, give you an opportunity to develop your skill, opportunity to find out your preferences. 2. when networking don't build the intention with the sole aim of getting something, we won't succeed. but investing in a meaningful activity and building a relationship. by ADAM GRANT. Day 5: PANS UNIBEN Leadership Training Program Unfortunately, I missed most of today's session, joining only during the Q&A portion. However, for the sake of accountability, I am sharing my thoughts here. Today's session was led by David Dosu, a seasoned leader in his field, who discussed "Building a Global Network: The Value of Connections in Leadership." Although I caught only a snippet, one key takeaway resonated with me: DARE TO BE DARING.
