I might be completely naive here, but can someone help me to understand something? With Scyne Advisory launching and many (not all) Partners and staff moving from PwC to the new entity, how are they able to trade in key areas like Government and Defence that, typically, have fixed panels? Are they trading via PwC and if so doesn't that mean Scyne is really all about perception rather than reality? (Note: I have many friends who have joined Scyne - this is not at all an attack on any individual or to imply any wrongdoing. I am just curious to know how it is all fitting together.) #big4consulting

DEI was a giant "test" from top down -- Government, Big Corporations, Schools, etc. -- to see how far they could push for Collectivism or Socialism which simply hands them more "control." It's been a colossal failure. And its great to see. Although some organizations will continue and virtue-signal, they're future is not bright. Choosing people BECAUSE OF their gender or skin color and not BECAUSE OF their skillset and value is the height of delusion and couldn't be more inefficient, unproductive and divisive.
