It is possible my problem was due to the fact that women have to fight each other to get to the top.... that is why it was easy to believe malicious rumours about me? Your thoughts? Also, do you think it is easier for many to dismiss me as a crazy woman no one had to listen to? What are your thoughts on that? AMSRO leadership in 2019- 2020 just watched as others torched my reputation, as an Asian female I am worth very little... AMSRS leadership removed my membership in March 2020 because I blew the whistle on a lot of unethical practices, including the fabrication of 100% of the data for a mystery job for one of the biggest CRM companies in the world. Did they contact my clients? No... What are your thoughts if my clients paid Market Solutions in Melbourne Victoria Australia in 2017 the following amounts because I was part owner of the business... $976.25 for a report that took 5 weeks to write (the person who wrote it is a white man with over 20 years experience in the industry (they will also torch his reputation as they needed a reason why we were removed from the job) $0 for a questionnaire that took 10 days of consultation? Less than $700 for planning that took over 200 hours or more (At one point, I could not count anymore because of sleep deprivation).I let them abuse me working for nothing, and at a loss... Then PTV locked me out of the PTV panel.... When I reported wrongdoing to many organisations, the whistleblower service failed to act independent, the forensic investigators ended up watching a cover up, people lied to me, gaslit me... what are your thoughts on financial abuse and gaslighting of women? I went online to tell my story and still... I am invisible. Please do something when you take over Yarra Trams... be a champion of change

Women in Construction in Ireland (WICI), founded this year by Joanne White, is an independent Irish consultancy organisation that promotes gender equality in the construction industry. As discussed in BHA's March newsletter, more and more women are entering the construction industry's workforce. This means that it is imperative that those in the industry ensure that their environments have the capabilities to support women joining their team. WICI provides help and advice to any constructions businesses struggling to adequately support women. These supports include: -Hiring suitable candidates -Struggle to retain female staff -Adapting facilities to suit female staff -Offering guidance for female staff -Career progression opportunities By addressing these areas, we can create a more inclusive and supportive environment for women in construction, ensuring that our industry thrives with diverse talent. This will help to reduce skills gaps and create a more gender-equal work force. Exciting Plans Ahead for Women in Grenada's Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Sector in 2025 I had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Jim Curlin, Head of UNEP’s OzonAction, to announce a groundbreaking initiative that will spotlight and empower women in Grenada’s refrigeration and air conditioning (RAC) sector starting in 2025. During our meeting, I introduced details of the innovative program, #SheCool, which is set to launch in the first week of March 2025. This program aims to break barriers, create opportunities, and promote gender equality within this traditionally male-dominated industry. I am delighted to share that OzonAction has pledged its full support for the rollout and implementation of #SheCool. Together, we will ensure that this initiative is a success, fostering skills development and creating new pathways for women in the RAC sector. With regard to your case it has been investigated multiple times by a number of people within Yarra Trams and Keolis Downer. No further action will be taken on this matter, and you have been given alternative avenues of action should you wish to continue pursuing the matter including seeking legal advice. This has been outlined in direct correspondence between Yarra Trams and yourself. As you are aware Keolis Downer are no longer the operator of Yarra Trams and cannot engage the staff directly on any matters as they are no longer Keolis Downer employees. KD” The matter is closed. Brian Brennan, my whistleblower case is active and meet the criteria under the Act. My matter has supposedly been investigated multiple times but no answers have been given as to what was investigated.. or what answers were given... but conveniently people have left. I was stonewalled by Deloitte Whistleblower Services..., and falsely told my matter was not reportable... then later there was a chance of stance... that my matter was eligible... I want to report that Yarra Trams whistleblower services stonewalled me for years without investigations that I knew of, not one question was answered.... that was what Keolis Downer did to me... I want those reports done at Yarra Trams... it does not matter that you took over Yarra Trams... but I still have an active case.. and you are still obligate to investigate...
