We're super proud that our Houston team took home several prestigious honors at the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) PRISM Awards on Saturday! Camp Pomona was named Recreation Center of the Year, a testament to our commitment to creating vibrant community spaces. Pomona also earned accolades for Signage of the Year, Best Direct Mail Piece, and Marketing Campaign of the Year, recognizing our efforts to connect and engage with the community in innovative ways. And a special congrats to our Marketing Manager, Lori Evans, for being named GHBA SMC Board Member of the Year - thank you Lori for your continued leadership and dedication to our team and industry!

We are very excited to announce that Mark Meyer has joined our team as the Director of Planning and Innovation! In this role, Mark will oversee visioning, land planning, and the introduction of creative concepts for our future projects. He will be a great source of inspiration as he brings a wealth of experience and an innovative approach to our design process, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of community-focused development. Exciting (and bittersweet) news from our Wolf Ranch project in Georgetown - our award-winning community is entering its final phase after nearly a decade of development. The 1,120-acre neighborhood is launching West Bend, the final phase, which will add 671 new home sites.
