In my role, I frequently conduct mystery shopping evaluations of car dealerships, an experience that has led me to interact with thousands of these establishments. One persistent issue I've encountered is the disappointing frequency with which dealerships fail to provide an actual price after I click on a 'Call to Action' for an e-Price. Given the paramount importance of customer experience in today's market, I strongly suggest that dealerships address this problem promptly to enhance their service quality and meet customer expectations more effectively. #MysteryShopping #CarDealerships #EPriceFail
