As we celebrate the first anniversaries of our founding leadership team at Murrieta Hot Springs Resort, we reflect on the foundation they’ve laid. Each associate who’s been with us now proudly wears a water drop on their nametag, symbolizing their dedication to our shared mission: “Caring for the Enhanced Vitality of All.” But what does it truly mean to care? Care is not just a feeling, but an active commitment—nurturing connections, showing empathy, and fostering growth in the well-being of others. It’s about the people we influence, whether it’s our teams, communities, families, or even ourselves. Genuine care is comprehensive. Think about the times you’ve felt truly fulfilled—those moments of well-being remind us that personal and professional growth are inseparable. To enhance vitality is to embrace continuous improvement, striving for excellence both personally and collectively. At Murrieta, we live our purpose by actively engaging in our mission, sharing knowledge, and working towards meaningful contributions. Our understanding of “All” extends beyond just our team—it includes our community, families, and ourselves. Everyone’s well-being is vital to the health of the whole. We foster a shame-free culture, recognizing that life has its ups and downs. Here, resilience and authenticity are valued, creating an environment where growth and connection flourish. “Caring for the Enhanced Vitality of All” is more than a motto—it’s a call to action. Join us in this journey, where care, enhancement, and well-being create a truly fulfilling professional experience for everyone.

Founder & CEO @ Quest Media Group | Global Chief Communications Officer | Intl. Awarded Media & Brand Strategist
As a strategy-first communications and visibility firm, my clients and industry colleagues know I have not advised to post a 5min video in today's evolving social media universe. They also know that I advise to break rules when it's worth it. 😉 Please indulge me for a moment. I recently shared my induction into #TheBOWCollective, and have received amazing support and a few questions. While it is difficult for this communications exec to articulate (right?!) what it means for Quest Media Group to be part of a sisterhood of the top 1% Black women owned businesses, this recap of our recent induction ceremony and 3rd annual conference does the job for me, and certainly answers the great questions that have been flowing my way. About BOW Collective: ⁃ Focus: capital, contracts and community ⁃ Priority: support Black women business owners to scale, create more jobs, and continue community impact ⁃ Inducted over 70 new members in February 2024 ⁃ Total collective of 200+ ⁃ 4 countries ⁃ 30 industries ⁃ 1.2 billion dollars in revenue The Bottom Line: We are poised to take action and support your large organization with varied, scalable solutions. Feel free to reach out to me to see how The BOW Collective can help solve your greatest business challenges, while making your vendor and procurement search the easiest and fastest it has ever been. Thank you to our partners MassMutual, J.P. Morgan, #AcuityEvents, HR&Co. @PotomacHospitalityGroup #PotomacHospitalityGroup, Life & Legacy Counselors, #AnswerTitle, #CoberJohnsonRomney, #GeorgeStreet, #TheMECCAGroup, #FirstFinancialGroup, #CushmanWakefield, #CultivateAdvisors, #PinnacleFinacialPartners, Paramount and Pinterest, who not only understand the vision but play a special role in it. I tip my emerald green hat to our Founder Nic Cober, Esquire for executing on your vision that is shaping a stronger America. 🎉 Celebrating 5 Years of Hospitarian! 🎉 When we started Hospitarian, our goal was to merge our hospitality and marketing backgrounds to help hospitality businesses improve their impact through our “Hospitarian” approach to customer engagement and brand storytelling. However…NOT a news flash, of course…the pandemic quickly made that vision impossible to bring to life. It was an incredibly tough time, and we faced unprecedented challenges like many businesses. The hospitality industry was hit hard, and we had to think creatively and adapt quickly to survive. Inspired by our passion for teaching and mentorship, James and I decided to pivot that engagement and storytelling concept to build immersive, career-focused experiences. We went on the road across Indiana and beyond to hear from thousands of students, educators, companies, and community stakeholders. They shared their journeys and struggles, and we knew this was, as I like to say, “The Best Right Next Step,” for us and for our company to make a difference in a much bigger way. These were the foundations that have since become iXplore. The pivot certainly hasn’t come without its own challenges. Even as we have had to traverse many winding and unexpected paths these last 5 years, I feel immense gratitude for our clients, partners, and the incredible team that has become part of this journey with us. Your continued support has been invaluable and made all the difference. Reflecting on the last half-decade, I celebrate that the Hospitarian spirit – our belief that everyone deserves the opportunity for positive, authentic, impactful experiences – lives on in everything we do. While the pandemic pivot may have forced us to view the form those experiences take much differently than when we started, trusting the journey has led us here, and I couldn’t be more excited for where we are now and what’s to come next. So here's to the journey, as we chart the course for the next 5 years, continuing to innovate and build a brighter future for the next generation. Thank you for being with us through it all. 🥂 #Anniversary #Hospitarian #iXplore #Innovation #Gratitude #Journey #PositiveExperiences #CareerDiscovery #ThankYou

Celebrating my 2-year Anniversary as a Business Owner To say that time flies is an understatement. September marks two years for me as a small business owner. I am deeply grateful for all of those who continue to help me on this journey, and the many clients who have trusted me to serve their needs. I am joyfully celebrating the career I designed that plays to my strengths and honors my values. Here are some of the valuable lessons I learned along the way… 1. Don’t take yourself too seriously – embrace humility. 2. When you have a bad day, lift someone else up. 3. Be an advocate for others. 4. Be willing to ask for help and offer to help others. 5. Your best laid plans will change – be ready to pivot and be resilient. 6. Your value is not measured by the hours worked but the impact you make. 7. Play is a connection to creativity. 8. Rest is an investment in your wellbeing. 9. Prioritize time to think, reflect, and dream – this unlocks energy, focus and productivity. 10. Take good care of your body – your life depends on it. Onwards to another year of personal and professional growth and a commitment to wellbeing, wisdom, and wonder!

Celebrating Achievements on LinkedIn: January A Month of Collective Success Stories Did anyone else notice on LinkedIn that January was a month of a true testament to the spirit of unity and celebration? It was genuinely inspiring to witness so many peers and connections honor their previous year’s achievements. This period reminded us of the essence of moving forward, leaving behind negativity to embrace life’s fullness. It was about coming together to acknowledge our collective hard work and dedication. The atmosphere was reminiscent of the times when anticipation for president’s club awards and trips filled the air. The rewards were extravagant and varied, from luxury watches and cars to all-expenses-paid vacations. These tokens of appreciation weren’t just for the individual but extended to their peers and loved ones, enhancing the sense of community and shared success. Company trips varied in scale, some accommodating hundreds, while others were intimate gatherings of a president’s club of five. But regardless of the size, the underlying message was clear – let’s continue to celebrate our achievements, both big and small. Such moments strengthen our bonds and renew our commitment to excellence. Hard Work Works! #UnityInSuccess #CelebratingAchievements #PresidentsClubMemories #MDPen #LinkedIn #Calibration #TogetherWeGrow

A CORPORATE ANNIVERSARY - WHY DO WE CELEBRATE IT? Anniversaries reveal the values of a brand. An authentic story, grounded in years of experience, excites employees and attracts new talent and customers. Time to Shine! This opportunity should be seized to communicate the evolution of the brand, its products, and its corporate culture. Celebrating is a universal human practice, deeply rooted in all societies. The meanings are varied, whether it's about creating meaning or finding liberation. Celebrations provide a space for desired emotional expression and occur for different reasons: tradition, calendar events, expectations, special occasions, merit, or simply because we want to. Anniversaries mark unique moments in a company's unparalleled history. At Dorten, we collaborate with you to craft the narrative of these special moments. find out more here: https://lnkd.in/dxtZj7A3 #dortenstudios #creativecompany #communication #berlin #stuttgart #campaigning #culturalbranding #corporate #future #tradition #companyanniversary #creativeminds
