Personality in hospitality, age, and maturity How much is first impression important ? We are familiar with concept of love of first sight or we always praise importance of hotel lobby or view from the room… But we forget, first human touch on arrival to the hotel is subliminal cornerstone of of our experience… Therefore I would like to express sincere appreciation to the function of bell captain or doorman, and to the person, my friend Željko, from Hilton Belgrade… Zeljko is incarnation of ideal person in the position of hotel first touch. His personality, appearance bears marks of his life experiences, he is proudly helping guests, smile never leaves his face, and his age and way he moves on his stage add flair to hotel. He is an star in the arrival of every guest and for me reason to come back to Hilton Belgrade, every time I come back to Balkan metropole…
