Exploring Service Flowcharting in Marketing: Pet Clinic & Parlor Edition 🐾 Thrilled to have recently taken part in an enriching service marketing evaluation activity, where we had the opportunity to design a service flowchart and blueprint for a pet clinic and parlor—guided by the expertise of DR. RIK PAUL 🙌 This hands-on experience gave us a comprehensive look into the service delivery process, from booking appointments to grooming services and follow-up care. Using LEGO Group building blocks for a creative touch, we mapped out every customer interaction and key touchpoints, identifying ways to optimize operations and elevate the overall customer experience. Ensuring that both pets and their owners are delighted at every step was our top priority! 📝✨ We also developed a service blueprint, outlining customer actions, front-stage activities, back-stage processes, and the crucial support mechanisms. Defining the line of interaction, line of visibility, and line of internal interaction became key factors in ensuring clarity and smooth service delivery. 📉 Big shout-out to my amazing teammates for their collaboration: Pushpak Kapil, Afreen Khan, Ananya Singh, and Prathamesh Shukla. Time Management: - Everyone has the same time in a day, i.e. 24 hours every day at our disposal, yet some succeed while some don’t. That is because those who succeed have learned the trick of utilizing their time to the utmost. This is a skill, often referred to as time management among the students. Time management isn’t specifically for students only, but anyone from any walk of life can learn time management to achieve success. It is as good for professionals as it is for students. Below given are some of the time management techniques to make the maximum of your time – Creating a schedule of all daily activities and stipulated time to each of them based on priority is fruitful. One must avoid wasting time on useless activities like watching TV, movies, etc. The time thus saved can instead be utilized for reading or sports/games. Having made a schedule and prioritizing everything as per the need, the next important thing is to stick to that schedule at any cost. Persistence and discipline is the key to achieve success through time management. To productively utilize time, one must not compromise their sleeping time. One must sleep for 8-10 hours a day to let their mind and body function effectively. Last but not least, – planning is only useful if it is religiously followed. If one has done incredible planning, but it would be wasted if, for some reason, they failed to follow it. Time management can be very done merely through undecorated methodologies.
