This International Yoga Day, we introduced a wellness program that works from the ‘inside out’ to positively impact our employees’ physical and mental health. Using a cutting-edge AI-based assessment, which utilizes 5,000 years of Yoga and Vedanta psychology, our exceptional trainer Alka Krishnan helped people identify their specific wellness needs. Based on this, a customized 40-day plan was generated for each individual, with recommendations for yogic and breathing exercises to improve overall well-being. A few personalized remedies were demonstrated during the live session on Friday, 21st June. Practicing mindfulness on #InternationalSelfCareDay 🧘♂️ This week, Gibraltar staff were treated to a mindful stretching session led by Yoga Instructor Marisa Grech Grech. Recorded and shared internally to all staff, Marisa took the team through a range of exercises designed for both office work and those more active in their day-to-day duties. 💪 Prioritising self-care, no matter what kind, is crucial for a healthier mind and body resulting in: ✨ Reduced stress ✨ Feeling less overwhelmed ✨ Improved concentration ✨ Increased energy ✨ Happiness!
