Feel familiar? In the world of health and wellness, you’ve likely advised others on the importance of self-care, but are you practicing it yourself? Delegation is a powerful form of self-care that often gets overlooked. By handing over time-consuming tasks like appointment scheduling, inbox management, onboarding, and invoices to a specialist VA, you free up valuable time to focus on what truly matters—your clients and your own wellbeing. When you delegate routine tasks, you not only regain hours in your day but also mental clarity and peace of mind. The more you delegate, the more you can reclaim your time and avoid the burnout that comes from being stretched too thin. Get in touch with me at hello@gemmajacksonva.co.uk to arrange a complimentary intro call and let me see what I can do to take the pressure off. #VirtualAssistant #AvoidBurnout #YouAreNotAlone #SelfCare

Thanks to Dike Drummond MD for his commentary and insights today: "Today 73% of American doctors are employees - you probably are too. In just one generation we've gone from physician partners and owners to simple cogs in the machine of the healthcare industry - RVU generators and nothing more. Every minute of your work week is dictated by the combination of * your job description, * your employer's revenue model * and the leadership quality of your personal boss. 3 strikes and you're out of control. THE RESULT? Today's 63% physician burnout rate." #PhysicalBurnout is real. Check out SE Healthcare https://lnkd.in/eVigrUq6

Coaching healthcare workers to create calmness in their work environment. Helping clients reduce stress and anxiety without medication or talk therapies. #healthcare #mentalhealth #calm #coaching
Nurturing Healthcare 💙 Understanding the burnout process is essential for nurses and healthcare workers. Let's delve into Stage 1: The Compulsion to Prove Oneself. This phase often strikes the best employees—those who embrace their roles with enthusiasm and readily shoulder responsibilities. During Stage 1, the drive to demonstrate your worth can become all-encompassing. You pour your heart and soul into your work, aiming to showcase your capabilities at every turn. While your dedication is commendable, it's crucial to recognize that true worth in healthcare extends beyond visible achievements. It's a journey of nurturing resilience, where self-care and acknowledging your value beyond accomplishments play vital roles. Resilience is for us to bounce back, but perhaps due to longterm stress, we may not remember what 'back' is for us. It is crucial for every person to find their mental space and anchor this into their mind to prevent future burnout. Please talk to your managers, leaders and ask for support. As you navigate the burnout process, remember that your well-being matters just as much as your commitment to patient care. Let's work together to create a healthcare environment that prioritizes both. Do you recognize Stage 1 in yourself or in others? Do you know what your mental 'bounce back' space is? #NurseResilience #HealthcareWellness #BurnoutAwareness #Onlinecoaching #AntonettaElizabeth www.AntonettaElizabeth.com
