#Spain ranks the 11th position out of 36 countries in the latest Global AI Vibrancy Index and is the 3rd EU country on the list, following France and Germany, showcasing the country's growing prominence in AI #innovation and application at a global level. The Global AI Vibrancy Tool, developed by Stanford University's #HAL Lab, is one of the most comprehensive frameworks for evaluating AI development globally. It uses 42 indicators across 8 pillars to provide an in-depth and transparent view of AI readiness, innovation, and adoption. Spain has scored very high in open access foundation models, AI job postings and national AI strategy presence. Had to replace single input-single output systems with a multiple input-multiple output systems. Needed to restrict matrices to reduce the cost of matrix computation.
