Happy New Year! I want to take a second to reflect back on some numbers from 2023. In 2023, I filled 23 roles by partnering with 10 different client companies. 2 of these placements were first candidate submitted! From a logistical standpoint, 6 were contingent placements and 6 were contractors. The bulk of my work this past year has been on the RPO side. I also want to note that 8 were scientific roles (biotech and medical device), 8 were clinical roles, and 7 were G&A (including finance and IT)! I share all this to emphasize the adaptability of my recruiting capabilities. As we kick off 2024, I want to remind my connections that I am here as a partner to support your hiring needs. From full time to contractors, to technical lab-based positions to operational support, I have covered a wide range of biotech roles and have pipelines readily available to jumpstart any position that may come up.
