Holding the file in one hand, standing in front of the firm's gate, taking a deep breath before opening it... In the last 2 days, I visited most of the A-category, and some of the B-category firms, it was an amazing experience!! I want to be honest in describing my feelings, before joining CA, one of the reasons for attraction towards this was the corporate sector, the life of corporates, the workplaces, and the personalities of the professionals. To this date, I had only seen the companies in films or dramas, or I had only imagined how the firm might look like, but visiting them the first time was a great experience! Some of the firms were at very good locations, clean and calm environments, and fully air-conditioned, I loved it! 🌟 Apart from that, some of them were not as good, their locations and workplace, naa! Overall, I am not sure if dropping CVs before results will help or not, as I heard a lot of students saying "koi faaaiiidaaa nahin" but I still visited the firms, it was worth it, I now know which firms are where I will spend the coming 3.5 years happily, and which firms are where I might not want to work. I am hoping for a good next 3 months until I am inducted, but before that, there's the result coming out soon, feeling a little nervous. I have faith that Allah will lead me towards what is best for me 🌸 (again, I am very bad at taking pictures, took a mirror selfie for literally the very first time 🌚) #CADiaries - Ep11

Top Executive Recruiter in Accounting & Finance | Deep Network throughout Southeast US | Talent Advisor helping High Performing Candidates & Companie | AICPA, GSCPA, IIA, and ISACA Member
If you’re an accountant deciding between pursuing a CPA or an MBA, I strongly recommend the CPA. In 2024, the shortage of CPAs is more pressing than ever, leaving companies eager to hire. If you hold a CPA, you’ll find yourself consistently sought after by employers. Job listings frequently emphasize: “Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA preferred.” As a recruiter in accounting and finance, I can confirm that having a CPA will always make your application stand out. If you want lasting career opportunities, pursue the CPA. It's the path less traveled, but it's the one that will unlock countless doors for your future. #atlantaga #atlantacpa #cpacareer #professionaldevelopment
