Identify the stereotypes in Services that keep such discrimination in hearts but have no guts to accept. Learn from other Armed Forces in the world. Don't play the National Security card whenever it comes to women concerning Postings, Promotions or Appointments. Accept that the women's intake is less and we have accepted them with their naturally imposed restrictions. How many spouse Officers and their kids are made to suffer due to this negativity is on record. Salute to them for their services in such conditions. High time for introspection for Seniors. Neither the mountains are going to fall nor an emergency exists. Have faith when the time comes no one will fail this Nation as always.
