What is the biggest advantage to transitioning to a remote or hybrid model you may ask? For me, the biggest advantage of remote work has been flexibility. I’ve found I can be more productive when I manage my own schedule. And that’s within my personal life as well as my business life! I’m also just overall more happy and willing to work the extra hours that I wouldn’t if I had to travel.🤭 Flexibility shows trust, allowing people to perform at their best.
