20-25 YARDS QUICK DRAW FROM CONCEALED CARRY (G 45) IRON SIGHT!!!(No Red Dots) Many security guys pursue tactical training, which is vital for skill and career development. However, doing so infrequently just to create a certain image for clients is misleading. The likelihood of working in a hostile environment with full gear is minimal. Most Executive Protection Agents (Bodyguards) must follow laws requiring concealed carry, similar to civilians. TRAIN FOR YOUR INTENDED WORK ENVIRONMENT TO ENSURE YOU CAN ADAPT AND SURVIVE THE ENVIRONMENT YOU WILL BE IN EVERYDAY!!!

When i worked at sandstone and i had to operate the weighbridge and its database base, the devices's clock was two hours late, and none of the previous employees had any idea on how to correct it since it was an embedded system. unlike other computers that use operating systems we are familiar with like (windows, mac, etc). And they learned to deal with it by subtracting 2 from the daily report and it was this way for about two years although it caused havoc in the reports when we work night shifts. When i was hired i thought "just because some something is functioning doesn't mean it's at it optimum state, i need to fix this" I logged in the turkish manufacturer (esit), searched for the model we use at our company and mailed them to show me how to fix the two hour delay in the system. They sent me back the reply as shown, i followed them and fixed the problem, and everyone on the site was amazed at how did u do that. Pretty simple : Just try to do whatever it takes to make your work more accurate and never settle for less than 100%. I hope i can carry on that same mentality and determination during the rest of my career wherever that may lie. Thanks 4 reading. #problemsolving #problemsolvingskills #uae #engineer #sudan #sudanese #weighbridge

5/25/24 @ 4:44 AM EST: Codename: The Recruit Continuing from yesterday's post on failing fast: 🚀 https://lnkd.in/ex_ZtJhf Today, we dive head first in our recruitment process: 🎯 "The Recruit" Film Trailer (2003): 🎬 https://lnkd.in/e_JF9zG7 Tai Lopez and I believe it's essential to have a clear set of criteria to evaluate potential candidates effectively. Here's a breakdown based on your framework of energy, integrity, and intelligence: 1. Energy: This trait is crucial as it reflects a person's drive and enthusiasm. You want someone who is proactive and takes initiative. Look for candidates who show eagerness and are quick on their feet—both literally and figuratively. During interviews, observe their body language and how they respond to questions. Are they animated and passionate about their past projects? Do they seem genuinely excited about the opportunity to work with your team? 💪✨ "Success usually comes to those who are too busy to be looking for it." - Henry David Thoreau 2. Integrity: This goes beyond honesty and extends to reliability and consistency. It's about how well they adhere to the systems and processes you have in place. Check their track record for punctuality, meeting deadlines, and following through on commitments. Ask for specific examples of when they had to uphold a standard or maintain consistency in their work. References can also provide insight into their reliability and adherence to company protocols. 🕒✔️ "Integrity is doing the right thing, even when no one is watching." - C.S. Lewis 3. Intelligence: Here, focus on their problem-solving abilities and creativity. You need someone who can think on their feet and find solutions even when faced with obstacles. During the interview, present them with hypothetical challenges or ask about past experiences where they had to overcome significant hurdles. Their ability to navigate these scenarios creatively and effectively will give you a good measure of their intelligence. 🧠💡 "Intelligence is the ability to adapt to change." - Stephen Hawking Using this framework can help you identify candidates who not only have the right skills but also the right attitude and approach to fit well within your team. It ensures you're bringing in people who are driven, reliable, and capable of thinking outside the box to solve problems creatively. Struggling to find great employees for your growing refinishing business? We're here to help! Getting referrals from friends, family and current and past star employees is our favorite tip for finding good candidates. But don't stop there! Placing an ad in Indeed is a great place to find highly qualified candidates, but not in the section you may think. Instead of advertising in the painting or remodeling sections, try placing your ad for a Refinishing Technician in the "collision repair" category instead! You will find experienced spray technicians that have the skills you need and comfort working with the equipment we use in our industry. Check the ads in your area to make sure you offer competitive pay and benefits before you post your ad. Have you tried posting a job advertisement in "collision repair" or another unique category? Let us know in the comments. #Refinishing #Remodeling #Construction #HiringChallenges
