We're beyond excited (and a little relieved) to share the very first industry benchmark report from Recruiter.com: "The Future of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment 2025." If you’re in recruiting and feeling the pressure to keep up with the ever-changing landscape—you're definitely not alone. Here’s a sneak peek at what 930 of your recruiting peers had to say about what’s shaping our industry and where we’re all headed: - 65% of respondents called out the “ineffective use of tech and recruitment analytics” as the biggest barrier to successful hiring. Time to rethink those tools? - Despite the rumors of an imminent recession, 45% of employers plan to increase hiring efforts in 2025 —and only 12% expect to scale back. - Over 40% of hiring leaders are focused on improving their DEI capabilities, citing diversity recruitment as a top priority—but many report they still face hurdles like lack of qualified candidates and non-competitive compensation. That, and the fact that there's no empirical evidence proving that diversity initiatives have any impact on business or talent performance, which isn't surprising, considering less than 1 in 5 respondents feel confident in their recruiting related data.
