But these headhunters I spoke with weren’t marketers. They didn’t understand the role! So I went to Colombia myself. I walked into co-works. Poked remote workers on the shoulder and asked: “where can I find good marketing talent?” (God I’m annoying) But anyway, it worked. We found amazing talent... For $1,200 - $1,500 / month. Prices that feel amazing to business owners while up to doubling the quality of life for the talent. Win-win. I started building the networks in LatAm.
