Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $2,400,000 bridge loan secured by a retail property in the Sheepshead Bay neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY. The 8,000 SF building is one block from the subway and includes a parking lot with 5,000 BSF of residential zoning. The borrower needed capital for a partnership buyout. This transaction was negotiated by Hirshmark's Jake Soodek.

It was great to play a small part in this transaction, and it shows that there are still opportunities out there for "smaller" schemes to access competitive pricing. This could include other Housing Associations with their own scheme, just like Hyde Housing.
