What I got was more than just an adrenaline-pumping ride, it was a profound lesson in the power of ethos. But why is Ethos so important? It's what builds trust and connection. It is about the honesty, integrity and steadfastness that makes us believe in people.Characters with strong ethos inspire us, guide us and remind us of the values that truly matter. Take Captain Pete "Maverick" Mitchell, played by Tom Cruise. He’s not just an ace pilot but also a teacher, leader and indeed a maverick in every sense of this word because he has amazing piloting talents combined with unwavering sense of duty as well as honour amongst others. Watching his journey is like a masterclass in staying true to oneself while lifting others up. Ethos of Maverick teaches us that greatness lies not only in talent but in decency, reliability and heart.It’s something we can all strive for in our own lives to build trust ,to make a positive impact and in building lasting relationships. 💯 percent correct. Don’t waste your time and money on something that is not working or going to work. You have to know how to pivot in life and in business before you go bankrupt. Don’t be married to one idea. Just because you like your idea or product doesn’t mean the rest of the world will like it. Always be ready to pivot and start somethng new in business. Keep trying keep striving until you find what works in scalability and good margins. Don’t be a wannabe entrepreneur. In some cases it’s best for some people to go get a good paying job. Being a entrepreneur isn’t for everyone.
