I have been asked to be an ambassador for countless products over the years, and I usually respond with a “hard pass” because I am not a salesly person at all. And honestly, there wasn't tool that I seriously loved enough to want to expend the extra time and energy promoting it ... until now. Hive has completely revolutionized how we manage projects, especially in the government sector. Does anybody have a favorite CRM-like tool that they use to manage external organizational relationships? Something not entirely focused on sales, that could help us do a better job of maintaining our collective awareness of the folks we interact with? Clients, but also users, funders, contributors, etc? We would also want it to integrate with some kind of project management software so when we generate tasks they get tracked. Mostly we use GitHub now because mostly we do technical things, but maybe other task-tracking systems would be more appropriate for non-technical things?
