The JC JoyAge Project has published a comprehensive “Wellness Map” to promote active and healthy ageing. The Map covers over 300 elderly-friendly hotspots for dining, leisure, and wellness activities across Hong Kong’s 18 districts. These locations were identified and recommended by the Project’s Mental Health Ambassadors who surveyed the neighbourhoods from the perspectives of older adults. By highlighting a diverse range of accessible and enjoyable destinations, the Map aims to encourage older adults to venture out of their homes, explore their local communities, and engage in social activities.
