| #F5G-A #HKT | Excited to be the first Internet service provider in Hong Kong to meet the F5G-A (Fifth Generation Fixed Network-Advanced) standard introduced by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute in 2023. Meeting the F5G-A standard means that we are future-proof and capable of providing support for up to 50G fibre broadband with 50G PON technology, achieving ultra-high data transmission rates of 10 Gbps or above and reducing latency to 1ms. This creates a reliable foundation for activities such as 8K video streaming, big data processing, and cloud computing. We look forward to continuing our commitment to providing high-speed and reliable internet services for households, businesses, and public services. #F5G-AStandard #Connectivity

An integrated solution of Wi-Fi 7 and AI built into the edge router becomes a real game-breaker in providing an exceptional customer experience 👌 and an accelerator for the development of new applications that consume high bandwidth and are sensitive to latency for customer usability. Today, more than ever, the customer's yard becomes a real estate whose attention by service providers increases by increasing the customer experience and creating new sources of income and increasing the market 🚀.

Today is #WorldIPDay! For many, IP means intellectual property, however, at Nevion, #IP (internet protocol) is what allows us to support our customers by enabling remote and distributed production capabilities that were never possible with legacy SDI systems. Places, processing and people can be connected and leveraged in flexible new ways, with benefits such as centralizing resources in the cloud and optimizing equipment utilization across a number of concurrent events.

Shown is D2X Multicast Broadcast SFN RAN Topologies being shared. D2X Physical layer is Disaggregated (Cloud) and traffic of (3) BVNO sharing spectrum is routed to either the Wide Area (SFN) or (SFN) Underlay with targeted local edge insertion. Shown also is concept of D2X Non-3GPP RAT interworking layer 2 Datacenter to Off-load 5G NR (5G PDCP) traffic which is then encapsulated D2X and placed on (SFN) underlay Topology to reach service area desired. (SLA) This harmonized D2X broadcast SFN Topology is seen as synergistic and compliments 5G NR aligned O-RAN principles in future when interworking with Non-3GPP broadcast in heterogeneous network shown. #D2X #5GNR #Interwork #SFN #Topology #Cloud

Always struggle with ubiquitous, a difficult word for a Scotsman 😀… What is for sure, a ubiquitous connected world is in line of sight.. Technology is complex but the drive for efficiency and QOS will accelerate the digital transformation of networks. In less than 15 years we will have a seamless connected world. ( less time than 1G to 5G) …
“Automation has become more and more critical in the mobile telecommunications sector.” With comms technologies such as 5G, 5G Advanced and now satellites coming together to create ubiquitous network access, at the Spirent Communications Connect Forum in London last week, Douglas James Rankin spoke about why testing and automation are now more important than ever: 🦾 Efficiency 💯 Service quality ⏩ Time to market Lots more detail in the Spirent 5G 2024 Market Report: https://bit.ly/3wcSKKf #SpirentAmbassador #5G #cloud #Ad
