The VCE Product Finder facilitates product searches based on continuous text. 📱 Whats App Integration for early adopters: Emarsys goes WhatsApp - In cooperation with Sinch, the Emarsys WhatsApp integration will soon be available for first-time users and enables contacts to be contacted on the go on a new level. In addition, there were many other updates, such as a revised mobile wallet area, event monitoring, email scheduling, the SMS Custom URL and Additional Mention Me Tactics (especially for utilities). Fuel Retailers need to start acting fast to upgrade their Loyalty Tech Stack. There are a few reasons why: 1. Gas Stations are turning into service hubs for local neighborhoods: - new opportunities for data-driven targeting - a completely new level of value and relevance for consumers - rewarding people for buying fuel is not enough anymore - Fuel Retail needs to understand Customers and personalize better - Well-thought Customer Data Layer + Personalization Engine is a must-have in the new stack 2. Omnichannel and rich experiences: - the rise of EVs and a growing number of services = longer time spent at a gas station - consumers getting used to phygital experiences offered by other Retail verticals (think Amazon, Nike, Sephora) - Fuel Retail needs to respond. Customer journey needs to evolve into more connected omnichannel experiences. - perfect integration of MarTech and Fourecourt Systems is a must-have 3.
