Underscoring our commitment to shaping the future and driving change as a responsible business, our CEO Miguel Zaldivar has been honored with the Courageous Leadership Award at this year’s Council of Urban Professionals (CUP) Leadership Gala. CUP’s mission is to inspire, elevate and empower the next generation of diverse business and civic leaders. Currently in its 17th year, CUP supports the career progression of professional women and people of color in New York and Los Angeles. Under Miguel’s leadership and pulling from his own personal experiences, our DEI and pro bono work sits at the heart of our firm’s strategy. We have made great strides in advancing and retaining women and our diverse lawyers, while achieving extraordinary financial results, illustrating that prioritizing diversity is prioritizing business.  “Throughout my career, I witnessed the professed, unrelenting support for DEI. There was lots of talk, but it did not always translate into concrete action. This needs to change. The way we support DEI needs to move from talk to action,” said Miguel. #Leadership #Innovation #Diversity
