How does the physical workspace impact occupants? We surveyed over 600 hybrid workers in, "Impact of workplace design on perceived work performance and well-being: Home versus office" with Charu Srivastava Greater satisfaction with Noise, Workstation/Furniture, and Overall Aesthetics were strongly associated with greater Productivity/Work Output. Views Outside, Adequate Space/Privacy, and Noise, were strongly associated with participants' Preferred Work Location (home versus office). In the figure, the darker the color, the more important each workplace variable (left) is to the outcome (bottom). The numbers shown are odds ratios, so, the odds of having a high "Overall perceived well-being", is 2.2 times higher if a worker has good "Access to outdoors." More at: https://lnkd.in/dShmcdT3
