Our latest expansion project has officially begun. Yesterday, we laid the foundation stone of a major new expansion at Landquart Fashion Outlet. Set to open in 2026, we are increasing the retail space by almost 5,000 m2, adding 14 new units, and building a new multi-storey car park extending the total parking area to 1,550 spaces. In addition, we’ll be adding more sustainable elements across the centre, including a geothermal system for heating and an underground water tank to collect rainwater. Landquart Fashion Outlet has excelled significantly since we acquired the centre ten years ago with a 76% increase in visitors and a 108% rise in brand sales.
