Great talk about how to create fast flow by aligning Business, Product, Architecture and Teams (organisations), starting from #ddd and technical challenges. Looking at value streams is the key mental model. it is not trivial to manage this change and it requires true collaboration across functions. Overindexing on Business functions (like naive P&L reorg & local efficiency focus) can reduce quality, innovation and adds even more overhead. On the other hand Architecture has to built with a very clear idea of business needs and Product. Here DDD is of help, while only if you organize teams around the identified value streams - and keep reviewing this setup, it will yield fast flow.
