🌍Why I Love Working with People from Different Cultures🌍 One of the greatest joys of my journey as a social entrepreneur has been the privilege of working with people from diverse cultures. Here’s why: 1. **Fresh Perspectives**: I believe each culture brings a unique lens to problem-solving. The diversity of thought fuels creativity and innovation, driving us to think outside the box and find solutions we never imagined, something that's very much needed to drive innovation in the #earlychildhood space and a reason why the WED Movement ECD chose to work with so many different cultures. 2. **Deep Learning**: I believe that every interaction is an opportunity to learn. Working with Emirati professionals, I learned about so many different traditions and values as well as unique approaches to challenges, I feel I'm growing both personally and professionally. 3. **Stronger Bonds**: Collaborating across cultures strengthens our ability to connect on a human level. We build empathy, understanding, and respect, which are the foundations of meaningful relationships. This is what my work through Tell and Peekabond has really always been about for me. 4. **Increased Resilience**: Navigating cultural differences isn’t always easy, but it teaches us resilience. I learned to be flexible and adapt, communicate better, and find common ground instead of looking what's different. 5. **Global Impact**: Diverse teams have the power to make a global impact. All of this is from the grace of GOD. A year has gone and a year has come, but the actions and achievements that an individual makes remain, as the year 2023 has passed in what is of benefit to myself. Time is very precious, and praise be to God, and thanks be to God, I benefited greatly from time in the past year, and the result is several accomplishments & initiatives as follows:- 1- Attending several IT conferences in Egypt and abroad. 2- Expanding the scope of my relationships within business. 3- Developing my skills and information through workshops and many webinars on/off line.  4- Obtaining several honors and awards at many conferences inside and outside Egypt.
