This is something I’m so happy I learned before I married my spouse. My grandmother and grandfather have been married 67 years and he was in the military for 23 of them, and the one thing she taught me when I finally told her I was engaged was not to let my aspirations and my dreams go because I felt obligated to. It is not wrong as a military spouse to want a career and want to be successful, it’s just difficult. But it’s 100% worth it when you get to see your person at the end of the day. #jobseeker #milspouse #militaryspouse #remote #opentoopportunities #opentowork #projectmanagment #supplychain #logistics #procurment
There’s a widely believed misconception that #MilSpouses have to give up on their own goals to support their spouse’s military career. But, like MilSpouse Jasmine said ⬇️, that’s just not the truth.
