My top morning routine to beat the blues and motivate you: 1) I wake up, drink a glass of lemon water with a tsp of psyllium husk - It gets my digestive system moving nicely - It hydrates my body with a big dose of vitamin C 2) I put my trainers on and go for a 20-minute run - I get my morning dopamine fix and feel happier starting the day - Moving my body speeds up my metabolism 3) I eat a wholesome nourishing breakfast with protein - It keeps me fuller for longer and sustains my energy levels - It curbs stress eating and pesky sugar cravings Do these 3 things to build a strong morning routine.
