Took the CharityComms quiz to find out my marketing character. It was a fun few minutes! I’m not here to talk about my result though. When being shown my result, I was prompted to download social media assets. The best part is that there’s an accompanying document which includes alt text for each asset. That, my friends, is accessibility and inclusion right there. That should be the norm. The reality is, it isn't. I’ve experienced first-hand how committed the CharityComms team are to accessibility. So my discovery probably shouldn’t have been a huge surprise, because I know they genuinely care. What struck me the most is the inclusion. Disabled people are far too often left out. We’re made to feel like an afterthought. Here, blind and visually impaired comms and marketing professionals were thought of. That’s a big deal. Thank you, CharityComms! My message to anyone reading this: please don’t forget to make the fun stuff accessible too. If you promise you’ll do that, take the quiz to find out which marketing character you are. Oh and if you’re sharing your result, don’t forget to add alt text! https://lnkd.in/etgKXVdB #CharityCommsCharacter [Image description: An image of two wooden figures shaking hands on an orange background. This is very accurate! And I love that it was inclusive

Thank you so so much. You've truly made our morning! We made sure to keep accessibility in mind while creating the quiz, so we're thrilled to read that it worked out well.
