Do you think about the souls of dogs? I'm asking for a friend. Do you think it matters if they can speak in your language or is it good enough that they know you by your actions and hear your tones? Do you judge dogs? Do you believe dogs judge you? By what standards? Loyalty? Kindness? Willingness to share? Sympathy? Empathy? Love? What value do you place on such things? ... Okay, I'm asking for Iris. If you had 2 dollars, without thinking about it, if you could make a very good dog's life better, would you give your 2 dollars for that? I'd say you had a good soul if you answered "yes." Here's the link: https://gofund.me/9e4e7d8b

😬 𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗼𝗴 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮 "𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱?" - "𝗠𝘆 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻." " 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗲" 😬 In fact, I have a game which I love to teach your dog a "turn" game. There are simple steps you can take right now that will help your dog build that confidence, "I can wait, and I will get my treat." I use this game when I train two / three dogs in the same household. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲: 🐾 First, you ask your dogs to sit and reward at the same time. (Make sure there is a gap between them, especially at the beginning) 🐾 then, show a treat and say a dog's name and give it to that dog (if another tries to lift the bum or the tongue becomes like a frog one, take the treat away and say to that dog, "Leave it." ) Repeat the beginning for the 1st dog 🐾 then, 1st dog is eating, you go to 2nd dog - show the treat and say his/her name and treat 🐾go back to 1st one and the same step as previously In this lovely photo, my neighbour plays that game with the brown lab - Rosy ( she was with me), then Lexi and Brad. As you can see, all 3 waited, were focused and concentrated on which name came up. I love that Try that game, and let me know how you get on. And if you're looking for professional support, email me to chat about it. https://rfr.bz/l8srd1w

🍊 Oranges are one of the most popular fruits in North America. They’re not exotic or fancy, and you can get them anywhere – but when they’re good, they sure do hit the spot! 🐶 If you love them too, maybe you’re wondering, can dogs eat oranges? If they stare at you while you peel them apart and indulge, is it safe to share a bite or two? 🤔 And if it is - how much should you share, and what's the easiest way to do it? 🐾 Let’s talk about it! “Grandma, where is Doggy’s bag?” my daughter was asking the right person the right question. “It’s in the blue basket behind the easel in the playroom. Tell Daddy to dig right down to the bottom and to help you put everything else back.” Then (cocky for sure) pre-empting the next question “Don’t forget that Doggy is still in your bed.” What makes me the right person to answer that question? I know the answer. We all hold an unbelievable amount of information in our heads that is only useful to certain colleagues or customers at a certain time. How can you pass all that knowledge on? You can’t. Being new in a job role or organisation can be a pretty humbling experience. You might only be understanding about 60% of the conversations going on around you. It might feel like there is no way you can assimilate all the information. The answer to the problem: 🤖 accept you are not Johnny 5 👂 listen 🤐 ask questions 👀 never underestimate the value of a pair of fresh eyes. Before you know it, you’ll know lots of random things, short cuts and things not to say too. You might be wondering- why does my daughter calls me Grandma? That would be a question for her.

As a dog lover I absolutely love dog movies except when they are very sad. As a child mt fav was 🐕🐈 "Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey". As an adult, my favorite of this list is "Marley and Me" 🐕 However I must admit that I left the room before the ending each time that I watched it. Among this list which are your favorites? Annie --- You don’t have to be a dog owner to love a dog movie — although watching it might be even more enjoyable with your canine BFF by your side. Since the silent British film “Rescued by Rover” hit the big screen in 1905 — starring a collie that helped tell the story of a kidnapped baby — dogs have easily stolen the show from their human co-stars. The latest dog movie to hit the big screen? “The Art of Racing in the Rain,” which was released in the U.S. on Aug. 9. Choosing the best dog movie of all time is no easy task. So, we’ve used Rotten Tomatoes’ Tomatometer scores (based on the opinions of hundreds of film and television critics) and Audience scores to compile our ranking. Of course, we all have our own personal favorite, whether it’s a film we remember from childhood or a modern animated classic. Hopefully, your top choice made the list! ...READ More... #DogMovies #DogLover #dogs #movies #PuppyLovePictures Hon.

The concept of “Man bites dog” is the most powerful element of your any story, especially when pitching the media. Something truly unique comes along only rarely. When a dog bites a man (or woman), we yawn. That’s what naughty dogs do. When a man bites a dog, we jump out of our seats, because it’s so unexpected. In each of us is a man bites dog story, something so unexpected, and so noteworthy it can’t be ignored. When your story flies in the face of the conventional wisdom, and you have the proof to back it up, you’ll start to create the best opportunities to grow and thrive.

Yes, we dogs love you, but among ourselves we ask, "Who's a good human?" If we could talk, we'd tell you: 1. Make up your mind: Can I get on the couch or not? Can I have "people food" or not? And stop changing our nicknames. It’s a lot to remember. 2. Do you like fix-up dates with some rando? We don't either. Stop setting up play dates with that fat poodle across the street. We're not feeling it. Like you, we like to pick our lovers. 3. Dogs have a superpower. We analyze smells 1,000 to 10,000 times better than humans. Dogs can differentiate new, interesting air--Vs.--old meaningless scents. Respect your betters. PS: No apologies for our love of stinky socks. 4. Do you like to be abruptly woken up? Neither do we. Unless it's for sex--and that's out of the question between us, though I do love you—unlike the cat, who's merely fond of you during dinner. 5. One does things for one's partner. So, OK. You can dress us up but keep it tasteful. Got it? Good. Now tell me again, "Who's a good boy?"

Question: Can dogs taste "sour taste"? Yes, dogs can taste sour taste! They have taste receptors on their tongues for all five basic tastes, sweet, salty, sour, bitter, and umami (savory). However, they have fewer taste buds than humans (around 1,700 compared to our 9,000) and their sour receptors are not as sensitive as ours. This means that dogs experience sourness less intensely than we do. For example, a lemon that might make your face pucker might only elicit a slight reaction from your dog. Video: AMAZlNGNATURE

Good decision-making comprises of two things: 1️⃣ Knowing how to get what you want. 2️⃣ Knowing what’s worth wanting. Take it from man’s best friend, Baxter 🐶: 1. He knows how to get treats—sit, stay, and those irresistible puppy eyes! 👀 2. He also knows what’s worth wanting—forget the fancy dog toys, he just wants your lunch! 🥪😂 Be like Baxter: focus on what’s truly valuable! #DecisionMaking #OfficeHumor #Priorities #PawsitiveChoices
