Team Building in Monaco 🎾 This week, our team met up for another team building experience and our very own tennis championship at the Monte Carlo Country Club! Studies show that team building can increase employee engagement by up to 50%. And when you add sports into the mix, it can further challenge us, help us grow, and, most importantly, unite us in a spirit of friendly competition and teamwork. But beyond the statistics, it's important to understand that team building and fostering a good team culture isn't just about occasional group activities.
