Thomas, and Special Counsel Lauren Greene authored the US analysis and introductory Global Overview in Copyright 2024, published by Lexology Panoramic. “Governments globally are considering the copyright implications of the rapid rise in the availability, use and performance of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.
