The cornerstone of a strong team is shared experiences. Our recent three-day team-building event in Oslo was the perfect opportunity to bring together our team from different countries. We started with a visit to the Holmenkollen ski jump, followed by a hike through the Nordmarka forest. The team faced various challenges together, enjoying the stunning Norwegian landscapes. The hike required true teamwork, especially when navigating the steep slopes – it turns out, real team-building starts where the trail ends! Along the way, we visited the Future Library, a project symbolizing sustainability and long-term vision, perfectly aligning with our company's values. We also explored the city of Oslo, discovering historical areas like Aker Brygge and modern cultural landmarks like the Oslo Opera House and Bjørvika district. This trip was a great opportunity to strengthen collaboration, especially while balancing on the steep hillsides. Whether helping each other climb or sharing funny stories, every moment reflected our commitment to working together to achieve the best results. Our team – from Lithuania to Norway, from Latvia to Denmark – proved that together we can overcome any challenge. This trip was not only about work but also about bonding and building friendships. Plus, we learned an important lesson: curiosity, comfortable shoes, and a good sense of humor are the keys to successful team-building! Day 2 of our multi-day team event was a seamless fusion of learning, collaboration, and cultural immersion. It was another day of inspiration, driving fresh perspectives and reinforcing our teamwork spirit. Here’s a look at some of the memorable moments: 🍳 Morning: A nourishing breakfast got us energized for another dynamic day ahead. 🛠️ Mid-morning: We jumped into a feedback-focused workshop, reflecting on lessons from Day 1, sharpening our strategies, and continuing to push for excellence. 👥 Late morning: Collaborative work sessions allowed us to harness team insights and align on upcoming initiatives. 🌞 Midday: The sun shone bright on our ideas as we took some time for productive work, advancing our projects with renewed focus. 🌍 Afternoon: We hit the streets for a cultural walking tour, taking in the beautiful sights of Mallorca, followed by a relaxed dinner in Magaluf, where we shared laughter, stories, and built deeper connections. Always happy? No Always successful? No Always good day at work? No T-Mobile Polska is a great place to work, but there are also many great companies with inspiring leaders who cares about supportive company culture, friendly environment & great atmosphere at work. Unfortunately, it doesn't mean that we are always successful at work, that we are not failing, that we may have a really bad day and we can loose our motivation. This is life, with up's & down's, with challenging tasks, challenging projects or challenging people and it's not possible to always win or to be always successful. What is important for me in such situations? 1. My attitude towards the challenge and, 2. How to get back on track with my motivation & energy. Today I would like to ask you about second point: What are your ideas to energize yourself, what is giving you a motivation & energy? For me it's about: 1. Sports: running 🏃♂️ , gym 🤸♂️ , biking 🚵 - my main source of #energy :) 2. Travelling 🧳 with many sport activities like hiking 🥾 , walking 🚶♂️ , and with getting know different cultures and people. #diversity #openculture 3. Supporting and inspiring others with their development & growth 4. Supporting others who needs help & actively participating in voluntary initiatives, for example last week we were planting small trees in Kampinoski Park Narodowy, initiative organized by Malgorzata Idryan - great time with great people 5. Our Skardu tour wasn’t just about the beautiful landscapes; it was about coming together as a team, supporting each other, and building a strong foundation of trust and camaraderie. We returned not only with memories of stunning scenery but also with a renewed sense of unity and a stronger team spirit. What an incredible experience to attend “𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤: 𝐚 𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢-𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞!” — my very first event with Mirro.io since I joined the team, but the 4th in a row since I became a Mirro fan.😉 On September 24, we gathered to address the unique challenges of navigating a workplace that spans 5 generations, from Baby Boomers to Gen Z. It was inspiring to see so many passionate individuals come together to share insights and strategies for creating a people-centered culture. 🙌 A huge thank you to our amazing panelists — Dobre Nóra, Madalina Uceanu, Viorel Panaite, Luiza Banyai, Diana Stafie (Parfeni) and our moderator, Simona Lapusan — for their thought-provoking discussions.
