Guys, it's important we overcome the stigma of talking about how we feel. The pre-programmed response of "I'm okay" just does not cut it anymore. It's okay to not be okay! Personally I have a small group of trusted people in my life that I can say anything to without fear of judgement. Men and woman who will listen to sound thoughts and raving lunacy with the same level of understanding. What a relief to have that sounding board. It's not easy to be a father, husband, son, mentor, friend, employee, employer and leader! Some days it's easy to feel like your failing at one or all of these roles and that is okay and normal. Many men feel like this so your not alone. Break the stigma gentleman, talk about it.
