𝗚𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗨𝗽𝘀𝗲𝘁-I realized that every time I got upset it was because I was projecting my own thoughts onto Sonia. Do you do that with your loved one? Of course you do, that’s why you get upset. When we stop fighting against the way things are, we relieve an enormous portion of our stress. No matter how frustrating the situation is, try to accept it without judging yourself. Stop fighting against the way things are. When you stop fighting you improve your health, reduce your stress, and become more resilient to life’s challenges.-From Module 2 Part 2 Caregiver Mastery
